NWT tackles chronic disease

CHSRF has just signed on to continue working with the Department of Health and Social Services in the Northwest Territories where months of collaboration have laid the groundwork for their integrated plan for chronic disease management.

Looking at transformation from the inside out

Sharon Bishop and Adam Mills, working as embedded researchers, are part of our exciting partnership with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health and the University of Regina Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School started this past fall. Over the three years of the project with the Saskatchewan Surgical and Primary Healthcare initiatives, the team will provide a better understanding of what facilitates transformational change and what acts as a barrier to it.
