Patient Engagement: request for proposals

CHSRF has posted two RFPs under its new Patient Engagement Projects (PEP) initiative. The PEP initiative supports activities that engage patients in the design, delivery and evaluation of health services–ultimately improving the quality of care. Funding is available for one research paper and up to six intervention projects. Applications due May 27, 2010.

Quality of Healthcare in Canada: A Chartbook

In February, CHSRF released Canada’s first-ever chartbook on healthcare quality. It provides domestic and international data on six key domains of quality: effectiveness; access; capacity; safety; patient-centredness; and equity.
